नए सत्र के लिए कॉलेजों में तैयारी शुरू, स्टूडेंट 8 स्टेप में ले सकेंगे ऑनलाइन एडमिशन सकती है।
उच्च शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा नए सत्र 2024-25 में प्रवेश के लिए भी ऑनलाइन सेंट्रलाइज्ड काउंसलिंग आयोजित की जाएगी।
परंपरागत कोर्स बीए, बीएससी,बीकॉम और एमए, एमएससी, एमकॉम आदि ऑनलाइन प्रवेश कॉलेजों एडमिशन पोर्टल epravesh.mponline.gov.in संचालित करने वाले को और एनसीटीई कोर्सेस बीएड, एमएड, बीपीएड आदि कोर्सेस संचालित करने वाले कॉलेजों को पोर्टल https://hed.mponline gov.in पर ऑनलाइन प्रवेश होगा।
आठ स्टेप में मिलेगा ऑनलाइन एडमिशन
स्टेप । - एडमिशन के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन - प्रदेशभर के हर एक कॉलेज में एडमिशन के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना अनिवार्य रहेगा।
स्टेप 2 - जरूरी दस्तावेजों को अपलोड करना कक्षा 10वीं, 12वीं की मार्कशीट जाति प्रमामपत्र, स्पोर्ट्स सर्टीफिकेट आदि स्कैन कर अपलोड करने होंगे।
स्टेप 3 कॉलेज/कोर्स का चयन - पसंदीदा कॉलेज और कोर्स की प्राथमिकता पोर्टल पर दर्ज करनी होगी।
स्टेप 4 दस्तावेज सत्यापन -अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन ऑनलाइन होगा। आपत्ति होने पर सरकारी कॉलेज में फिजिकल सत्यापन कराना होगा।
स्टेप 5 मेरिट एवं सीट आवंटन कक्षा 12वीं व अन्य क्वालिफाइंग एग्जाम के प्राप्तांक व अन्य वैटेज के आधार पर मेरिट लिस्ट जारी होगी। साथ ही सीट आवंटन पत्र जारी किए जाएंगे।
स्टेप 6 अलॉटमेंट लेटर डाउनलोड :- इंप्रवेश पोर्टल के माध्यम से अलॉटमेंट लेटर डाउनलोड करना होगा। जिससे पता चलेगा कि छात्र को किस कॉलेज और कोर्स में सीट दी गई है।
स्टेप 7 - एडमिशन फीस का भुगतान ;- अलॉटमेंट लेटर में मिले कॉलेज और कोर्स से छात्र संतुष्ट होने पर ऑनलाइन फीस जमा करनी होगी।
स्टेप 8 - एडमिशन फीस जमा होने पर प्रवेश कंफर्म माना जाएगा। फीस जमा नहीं करने पर माना जाएगा छात्र अलॉटमेंट से संतुष्ट नहीं है। वो अगले राउंड में शामिल हो सकेगा।
एडमिशन कैंसिल कराने पर कॉलेजों को ही करना होगा रिफंड
Preparations begin in colleges for
the new session; students will be able to take online admission in 8 steps.
Online centralized counselling
will also be organized by the Higher Education Department for admission in the
new session 2024-25.
Online admission portal
for colleges running traditional courses BA, B.Sc., B.Com and MA, M.Sc., M.Com
etc. is epravesh.mponline.gov.in and colleges running NCTE courses B.Ed.,
M.Ed., B.P.Ed. etc. portal https:// Online admission will be done on
hed.mponline gov.in.
Online admission will be available in 8 Steps
Step.1 - Registration for admission - It will be mandatory to
register for admission in every college across the state.
Step 2 - Uploading of necessary documents: Class 10th, 12th mark
sheet, caste certificate, sports certificate etc. will have to be scanned and
uploaded.
Step 3- Selection of College/Course – Preferred college and
course preference has to be entered on the portal.
Step 4- Document Verification -Verification of the uploaded
documents will be online. In case of objection, physical verification will have
to be done in the government college.
Step 5- Merit and Seat Allotment: Merit list will be released
on the basis of marks and other weightage of class 12th and other qualifying
exams. Seat allotment letters will also be issued.
Step 6- Allotment letter download:- Allotment letter has to be
downloaded through Improves portal. This will reveal in which college and
course the student has been given a seat.
Step 7 - Payment of Admission Fee - Once the student is satisfied
with the college and course given in the allotment letter, he will have to
deposit the fees online.
Step 8 – Admission will be considered confirmed once the
admission fee is deposited. If the fees are not deposited, it will be
considered that the student is not satisfied with the allotment. He will be
able to participate in the next round.
Colleges will have to give refund if admission is cancelled
